Element Change

At each change of policy there is an element of perfidy. I do not know whether to laugh or mourn. There's a fine line between courage and stupidity.

Illinois and the election mines were in sixties to Daley ordered ballot tampering by his underworld clods. But in each policy change there is an element of perfidy:

gangsters were rewarded with the decree of an inquisitor, when Jack Justice gave his brother Bob. There's a fine line between courage and stupidity.

There the invasion of Cuba planned meticulously, but the new government botched the job. At each change of policy there is an element of perfidy:
