Power Change
With so much to do and only so many hours in a day, here are three powerful changes you can do now to free up time, eliminate distractions and make most things (especially things that are important to you) every day.
Close the mail program
Yes, I did. Close your email program. I know this may border on heresy to some of you, but think about it. Technology is supposed to make our lives easier, but e-mail is an area where many of us have become slaves of "You've got mail!" That phrase, or is "Ding" counterparty can draw us away of anything we do when we are within earshot of the computer. Unless you are expecting a specific email to get near his program e-mail and open only one or two times a day. The USPS delivers mail only to your home once a day, right? Then why did you have to be able to receive email every minute of the day?
