I lost you in the title? If you stick with a bit of me, I will explain. Rarity for yugioh cards is relative. Based on what is actually a card will affect to how rare it becomes really in the market. First, there are basically two types of people who buy yugioh cards. The first is the player. Each time a set yugioh that a new, a player will go through the yugioh card for the set list and determine which cards will be good for him. The second type is the collector. The collector collects according to your preference. Some collectors collect only the few health insurance card, while collecting the entire set. I'm a bit of both, I like to collect rare yugioh cards foil and use them to build a deck.
Although both the player and collector may affect the value of the card of any yugioh, the player has more influence on the value of the card from a current tournament legal card. In short, if the card is playable in a tournament, then the player affects the worth more than a collector. Another reason collectors do not affect the value so much is that often you just bought a copy of a yugioh card in particular. Whereas the player buy multiple copies of a rare yugioh card for complete coverage.
Now, yugioh cards are classified by the manufacturer based on the ratio of each spin and how much of each classification is placed in a single yugioh booster pack. There are eight cards on each nine-yugioh pack memory card. One of the nine will be a rare occurrence. Sometimes, that rare is replaced by a rarer type of card. In yugioh, yugioh cards are super rare and Ultra Rare yugioh cards. A super rare in all six booster packs, and there is every twelve ultra rare in booster packs. These are just the numbers on the basis of the print run. This does not mean if you buy twelve booster packs, then you are guaranteed a Ultra rare yugioh card.
When you're changing your yugioh cards to anyone complete your collection or your deck, keep this mind. Not all rare, super rare or ultra rare cards are useful for a player. What this means is that the letters Rare diseases not listed in the tournament decks are easier to trade for when you're negotiating with a player. On the other hand, a rare card that is playable can be easily traded for when you trade with a collector. The rarity of a yugioh card depends on the perception of the merchant. Some players, including trade super rare cards away to get some rare cards they need for their tournament package. So next time you are looking to complete your collection yugioh card or deck of the tournament, whether the trader is a player or a collector. From there, you know the difference between a "rare" yugioh card and a rare yugioh card.
